As you might be familiar that time is a human fabricated concept and Universe doesn't care about the date on your calendar but still you can make the rest of your life awesome by following just two very simple yet life altering principles:
Habits
Influences
 
You, your lifestyle and your personality all are the result of your habits and the people you surround yourself with. The no. 1 step is adopting nicer, better, healthier habits.
Habits
Habits can make or break a Man and your habits define you more than anything else in the world. Everyday we have 24 hours and thus only limited number of habits can be ingrained.
Try replacing your existing habits with their better versions.
For eg: Replace your habit of watching T.V. whilst eating dinner alone with having an old school family dinner or sharing your dinner with someone at least.
Replace your hot showers with moderate showers and then with Cold showers. Did you notice that I changed habits gradually with increasing levels of hardness because if done vice versa you may give up on the first day itself.
Read books and watch YouTube videos regarding effects and influence of habits and if not Comment down below for any favours.
Don't just wish that your life will change automatically on 1st Jan onwards rather try to build good habits gradually and you will see yourself become a better, healthier and advanced version of yourself.
Remember, replace habits gradually not instantaneously ( it takes about a month to form a habit) and you don't become a rockstar CEO in just one day , it takes time, patience and perseverance.
Influences
Have you ever been in a bad relationship?
If No, you are lucky like me and if Yes, I am sure it was a major learning.
Bad Influences and toxic people suck the positive energy (viz. limited, we aren't Eminem) in you and then feed it to their own egos thus making you feel about your existence.
Now, just don't go break your friendship and relationship with these people right away but rather limit the time you spend around these people. Limit their influence in your life and avoid them at all expenses.
Start by Unfollowing them on Social media.
Avoiding them: Remember once a relation is broken, it's broken for a lifetime thus feed the relation just as much it requires to be alive and avoid them in general.
Replacing them: Just like  habits, replace these people in your life with their better, positive versions gradually over time.

These two principles work like a charm and I fully and completely testify to them.
Some of my better habits that I have and I plan to inculcate in my life are:
• Meditation
• Yoga
• Cold Showers
• Reading and Writing
• Playing Chess regularly
• Solving Rubik's Cube
• Running, Cycling and Swimming
• Ketogenic Diet
