What's your workout regimen?
I know you are busy, very engaged and have been procrastinating working out but what if you gave the first 20 minutes of your day to your fitness and felt like a rockstar for the rest of that day, everyday.
Trust me on this, I came across this concept from Robin Sharma's teachings and his book the 5 AM club where he mentions rising up early at 5 AM and devoting the first 20 minutes of that day to working out and it has done wonders for me. I have gained a significant amount of muscle from doing just that over a period of one year and am convinced that with a healthy protein rich diet and this regimen anyone can get into a good shape (my upper two abs, chest, biceps, shoulders are now solid and clearly contoured).
I mixed this regimen with some fun cardio (mostly 4 km runs thrice a week) and am really happy with the results. By fun cardio I meant no strings attached physical activity without anyone judging you, your intensity and your choice of activity from running, cycling, swimming to any thing that gets you going. Begin slowly and then build the momentum if you are new to fitness and working out, you will be surprised at how much you can do over a period of time and eventually this will become a habit, a lifestyle, an identity and I am sure you don't mind being the sexy one in the group ;)
Caution: This will get you in a good shape only if you mind what you eat, I was following a strictly vegetarian diet with oats, soya chunks, lentils, pulses and cottage cheese constituting the most of my diet.
Bonus: If you want some plan to follow in those 20 minutes then here is Sterling K Brown sharing his program which is quite comprehensive.
Now get your ass moving!

(I so badly wanted to show off my abs but I haven't shaved off my body hair and thus am not posting it here, but if you really want to see the results then comment here or contact me through this and I will share the photo with you)
